A leader in the water-damage restoration industry, Eddie Demirdjian is chief executive officer of B-Air, an Azusa, California-based company that manufactures air movers and dryers, among other restoration products. Outside of this role, Eddie Demirdjian contributes to several charitable organizations, including the University of Southern California (USC) Norris Comprehensive Cancer Center.

Part of the USC Keck School of Medicine, the Norris Comprehensive Cancer Center employs over 200 individuals who conduct research on the origins of cancer in search of a cure. Designated a comprehensive cancer center by the National Cancer Institute, the center is one of only 45 in the country to have earned this designation.

In addition to providing care to patients with cancer at affiliated hospitals, the Norris Comprehensive Cancer Center studies the nature of abnormal cell growth to develop prevention and treatment methods. Over the years, the center has contributed a number of advances to cancer research, including discovering the jun oncogene (Vogt), developing molecular markers for neuroblastoma, and discovering how glucose regulated proteins affect cancer.
